What we do
Crossroads Care Cheshire East offers a wide range of high quality support services for carers and the people they look after.

The aim of our services is to allow a carer some normality and the chance to have a meaningful break away from their caring responsibilities in the knowledge that their loved one will be well looked after. " To give carers time to be themselves"

Do You Look After Someone?
Our services are available to carers of all ages who care for people with any disability or long term illness.

If you care for a child or adult with a physical disability, a mental health problem, a learning disability or someone who is elderly, frail or confused, you are a carer.

Much of Crossroads Care Cheshire East's work is delivered as Carer Breaks in the home. One of our Carer Support Workers will work with the carer and the person they look after to develop a care plan. This plan will detail exactly what care is to be given. Times of visits will also be decided based on the carers preferences.

Our services also include a palliative care service, support groups, support for young carers, help in an emergency situation plus support for those carers combining paid work with their caring responsibilities. Please look through our service pages for details.
