A New Footprint for Crossroads Care
Crossroads Care Cheshire East and Crossroads Care Manchester have
merged to become a new Service Delivery Organisation - Crossroads Care
Cheshire East, Manchester and Tameside (CCCEMT).

Following a comprehensive strategic review Crossroads Care Association recognised that, in order for schemes to continue to offer an increasing range of excellent services for carers and the people they care for, it would be beneficial for schemes to work together to create larger, more streamlined organisations.

CCCEMT will continue to be at the forefront of delivering carer led services and locally delivered services by maintaining existing office locations. We remain absolutely committed to supporting carers in all aspects of their caring role and will ensure that there will be no change in the level and quality of services provided.

The only changes will be exciting and positive. A larger organisation will offer efficiencies in support and service development functions and will create new opportunities for growth.

Carers deserve the very best support. Crossroads Care Cheshire East, Manchester and Tameside will work hard to support them fully in achieving independence, choice and control.

Crossroads Care Cheshire East, Manchester & Tameside (CCCEMT) offers a wide range of high quality support services for carers and the people they look after.

The aim of our services is to allow a carer some normality and the chance to have a meaningful break away from their caring responsibilities in the knowledge that their loved one will be well looked after. " To give carers time to be themselves"

Our services are available to carers of all ages who care for people with any disability or long term illness.

If you care for a child or adult with a physical disability, a mental health problem, a learning disability or someone who is elderly, frail or confused, you are a carer.
