Andrea Kinsey

 

Andrea Kinsey: Scheme Manager
As senior paid officer I am responsible for the overall management and resources of the organisation. This includes ensuring that the organisation develops and delivers effective, high quality services for carers and those they care for and liaising with purchasers and organisations who provide funds for the services we provide.

Janet Barrow

 

Janet Barrow: Care Coordinator
I have been involved with CCCE since it first opened its doors in 1990. My role is to ensure that the care management of the scheme is efficient and well organised. This involves managing a team of Seniors and Care Support Workers, assessment of clients, staff recruitment and appraisal.

Glennis Singh
 

Glennis Singh: Finance Administrator
My role involves managing the finances for CCCE. I administer the staff payroll, manage all aspects of funding and prepare management accounts for the Business Performance and Finance Committee.

Carolyn Herring

 

Carolyn Herring: Office Administrator
I have worked at Crossroads Care Cheshire East since Jan 1999. My role includes responsibility for HR issues, production of scheme literature for example the Annual Review, organisation of fundraising events and the general day to day running of the scheme.

Kate Wilkinson
 

Kate Wilkinson: Service Improvement Officer
I joined CCCE in 2007. My role includes identifying new services in response to feedback from carers and securing funding to support these services. I also get involved in PR issues and fundraising events.

Jane Michel

 

Jane Michel: Care Adminstrator
My role is office based. My responsibilities include looking after any administration relating to clients, answering the telephone and dealing with calls. I also arrange training for existing and new staff.

 Bernard Harris
 

Bernard Harris: Childrens Services Manager
I am the Childrens Services Lead supporting parent carers and young carers. We support parent carers of children with disabilities through respite sits and outings. Support for young carers is provided at group sessions, day trips and residential trips around the UK. We can also provide 1 – 1 support in some cases.

Jon Lee: CERS Project Coordinator
My role is running the Carers Emergency Response Service. We aim to provide emergency, short term care, addressing the concerns of carers who fear what would happen to the person they care for should they have an accident, suddenly become ill or were seriously delayed.

 Anthia Frank
 

Anthia Frank: Crossroads Care Macmillan Palliative Care lead
My role is to manage and deliver Crossroads Care quick response palliative care service. The palliative care team includes myself, the palliative care senior carer support worker and 10 Carer Support Workers.

Jean Macleod: Senior Carer Support Worker
I am the Senior Carer Support Worker for the East which covers Macclesfield, Disley, Poynton and Bollington. I manage a team of 17 staff, including appraisals and supervision. My role also includes delivering practical care when necessary.

 Carole Hordley
 

Carole Hordley: Senior Carer Support Worker
I am the Senior Carer Support Worker for the Knusford and Wilmslow area. I manage a team of 11. My role includes the development of care plans and risk assessments in consultation with the carer. My role also involves delivering practical care when necessary.

Lisa Nield: Group Care Senior
In addition to my duties as a carer support worker my role includes responsibility for Group Care. We currently run four support groups – adults and older people with physical disabilities, people in the early stages of dementia plus a support group for carers.

Clare Gosling: Crossroads Care Macmillan Senior Carer Support Worker
As senior carer support worker on the palliative care team, my role involves supporting the palliative care lead in the management and delivery of this service. In addition the practical side of my role involves the delivery of support to carers and those with care needs.

Support Workers


Our team of trained experienced carer support workers deliver a range of high quality support services for carers.  This includes short breaks for carers.  A Carer Support Worker will take over from the carer giving them ‘time to be themselves’.
