Andrea Kinsey

 

Andrea Kinsey: Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive and Company Secretary I have overall responsibility for staff and resources to ensure that Crossroads Care Cheshire East delivers an effective and high quality service in line with the aims, objectives, policies and standards of the organisation. This includes ensuring that the organisation develops to meet the needs of carers and the people they care for within our area of operation. I liaise with statutory purchasers and other organisations providing funds for the service in drawing up contracts, service level agreements and similar documents.
I also work closely with our Board of Trustees and the senior management team.

Janet Barrow

 

Janet Barrow: Care Manager & Registered Manager
I have been involved with CCCE since it first opened its doors in 1990. My role is to ensure that the care management of the scheme is efficient and well organised. This involves managing Team Leaders and Carer Support Workers, assessment of clients, staff recruitment and appraisal.

Karen Tomlinson
 

Karen Tomlinson: Finance Manager
My role involves managing the finances for CCCE. This includes administering the staff payroll, managing all aspects of funding and preparing management accounts for the Business Performance and Finance Committee.

Sue Crawforth
 

Sue Crawforth: Business Developement Manager
I joined Crossroads Care Cheshire East in Aug 2009 to look at how we can develop our services in line with the national changes in Adult Social Care. We are in a unique position of being able to offer specialist services which focus on supporting carers in the new world of personal budgets and customer choice

 Bernard Harris
 

Bernard Harris: Children's Services Manager
My role is as Children’s Services Lead supporting parent carers and young carers. We support parent carers of children with disabilities through respite sits and outings. Support for young carers is provided at group sessions, day trips and residential trips around the UK. We also provide 1 – 1 support.

Kate Wilkinson
 

Kate Wilkinson: Service Improvement Manager
I joined CCCE in 2007. My role includes identifying new services in response to feedback from carers and securing funding to support these services. I also get involved in PR issues and fundraising events.

 Jon Lee
 

Jon Lee: CERS Project Coordinator
My role is to develop and deliver the Cheshire Carers Emergency Response Service. This service aims to provide emergency, short term care, addressing the concerns of carers who fear what would happen to the person they care for should they have an accident, suddenly become ill or were seriously delayed.

 Nette Graham
 

Nette Graham: SeCurE Project Worker
My role as SeCurE Project Worker is to deliver practical help to carers in employment by providing a support service to enable them to continue working confident that their loved ones are being well cared for. I also work with the employer to ensure that they are informed of services we have available to help them retain staff who are combining work with caring.

 Jane Fleet-Jones
 

Jane Fleet-Jones: Volunteer Coordinator
I joined CCCE in April 2009. My role involves recruiting, supporting and managing Volunteers within the organisation. Volunteers are vital in supporting Crossroads Care in many ways including office work, service delivery and fundraising and my aim is to increase the number of volunteers we work with and make sure they are well supported.

Carolyn Herring

 

Carolyn Herring: Management Support Administrator
I have worked at Crossroads Care Cheshire East since Jan 1999. My role includes responsibility for HR issues, production of scheme literature for example the Annual Review, organisation of fundraising events and the general day to day running of the scheme.

Brigette Broadbent
 

Brigette Broadbent : HR and Finance Administrator
I joined South Cheshire Crossroads in Dec 2000 and, following the merger of the schemes within Cheshire, joined Crossroads Care Cheshire East in Jan 2009. My role includes all administration relating to HR, ensuring that the scheme complies with regulatory requirements relating to staff. I assist the Finance Manager with administration relating to payroll and accounts including invoice preparation and supplier payments.

Jane Michel

 

Jane Michel: Care Adminstrator
My role is office based. My responsibilities include looking after any administration relating to clients, answering the telephone and dealing with calls. I also arrange training for existing and new staff.

Jackie Lea: Team Leader Crossroads Macmillan Palliative Care Service
My role is to manage and deliver Crossroads quick response palliative care service. The palliative care team includes myself, the palliative care senior carer support worker and 10 Carer Support Workers.

Jane Oliver: Assistant Team Leader Crossroads Macmillan Palliative Care Service
As senior carer support worker on the palliative care team, my role involves supporting the pallaitive care lead in the management and delivery of this service. In addition the practical side of my role involves the delivery of support to carers and those with care needs.

Jean Macleod: Team Leader (East)
I am the Team Leader for the East which covers Macclesfield, Disley, Poynton and Bollington. I manage a team of 17 staff. My role also includes delivering practical care when necessary.

Clare Gosling: Team Leader (South)
I am the Team Leader for the Knutsford and Wilmslow area. I manage a team of 11. My role includes the development of care plans and risk assessments in consultation with the carer. My role also involves delivering practical care when necessary.

Support Workers


Our team of trained experienced carer support workers deliver a range of high quality support services for carers.  This includes short breaks for carers.  A Carer Support Worker will take over from the carer giving them ‘time to be themselves’.
